3. Payment
Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other available payment methods.
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Shipping and Delivery
We provide delivery services across India.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Standard delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Alpha Furnishing shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.
5. Returns, Exchanges and Replacement Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, all return, exchange, and replacement requests are subject to the following conditions:
Product Opening Video Mandatory
To claim a replacement for a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or tampered product, a clear and uncut product opening video is mandatory.
The video must:
Start before opening the package.
Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
Show the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
Clearly display the issue being reported.
Claims submitted without a valid product opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Exchange approval is subject to verification by our customer support team.
Exchange shipping charges may be applicable unless the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
No Refund Policy
Alpha Furnishing follows a strict No Refund Policy.
Once an order is placed and processed, refunds will not be provided.
Eligible cases will only be considered for exchange or replacement as per this policy.
6. Warranty Claims
Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be mentioned on the respective product page.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us for warranty inspection and claim processing.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
Orders cancelled before shipment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 2.5% of the order value to cover payment gateway and processing charges.
After Shipping
Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to shipping charges, return shipping charges (if applicable), and a cancellation fee of 2.5% of the order value.
8. Product Information and Variations
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and measurements.
Due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, manufacturing processes, and fabric variations, actual product colors, prints, patterns, and dimensions may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
Such minor variations shall not be considered defects and will not qualify for return, exchange, or replacement.
